Satan's real name
Baal Davar - a name given to ha-satan, ("the adversary" of the Old Testament who, in the New Testament, becomes the fallen angel Satan) by the Chasidic Jews of the eighteenth century.
In Islam the Devil is referred to as Iblis or sometimes the Shaytan
In mainstream Judaism there is no concept of a devil as in mainstream Christianity or Islam. Texts make no direct link between the serpent that tempts Eve in the Garden of Eden in Genesis and the only references to Satan are in Zechariah[6] and in Job.[7]
